Have Kompliant do it for you

Prefer to spend your time on clients, not government portals? These are flat-rate, done-for-you services.

What it is
A qualified person prepares and lodges each filing or registration on your behalf — the business registers, the ROE goes in, the paper trail stays with you.
Why it's worth it
Government portals, forms and deadlines are easy to miss, and a mistake can mean penalties you only learn about months later. Outsource it at a fixed price and keep documented proof.

RE

Return of Earnings (W.As.8) filing

R650 — We calculate your figures, prepare the form and file it on ROE Online.

Company registration is a once-off. There is no annual fee to stay registered — we don't charge you a retainer or a yearly renewal for the registration itself. What recurs are CIPC's own annual items: the annual return (R100–R3,000 by turnover, paid to CIPC at cost) and the B-BBEE EME affidavit renewal every 12 months.
Transparent on the money: every price on this page is our professional fee for the preparation, correctness and assurance work — it never includes government or regulator fees. Where a regulator charges its own fee (the main one is CIPC's annual return fee, R100–R3,000 depending on your company's turnover), you pay that amount directly to the regulator or we pass it through at cost with a receipt — we never mark it up. In practice many items here cost R0 from government: the Compensation Fund charges R0 for registration, filing your ROE on ROE Online, and issuing your Letter of Good Standing once your account is in good standing. The annual COIDA assessment (payroll-based) goes to the Compensation Fund, not to us. We only start work after you've paid in full and cleared.

How it works: ① request a service below → ② you instantly get an online itemised quote + invoice link → ③ approve it → ④ no work starts until payment arrives in full and has cleared (EFT or card on the payment provider's secure page) → ⑤ we send a timeline.
