What it is
Every business that sends marketing messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone) must check its database against the NCC Opt-Out Registry every month and remove anyone who has registered a pre-emptive block. This service does exactly that, every month, and gives you the proof.
Why you need it
Consumers can register a blanket opt-out with the NCC. Marketing to anyone on that list is a direct-marketing breach under the 2026 regulations and can draw a penalty of up to R1 million or 10% of turnover — plus the reputational damage when consumers complain.

The NCC's R0.12 per record registry cleansing fee is passed through at cost with a receipt — never marked up. Direct-marketer registration and annual renewal (initial R2,574; renewal R1,930) are government fees; say the word in the notes and we'll handle those too.
