Companies Act 71 of 2008 · filed with CIPC on your behalf

Register your Pty Ltd — we handle CIPC for you

We prepare and submit everything with CIPC: name reservation, Memorandum of Incorporation, incorporation in full, and same-day filing where CIPC allows it. It's a once-off fee — you never pay yearly just to stay registered, and your new company gets a free 1-hour compliance orientation plus a tailored annual checklist.

What it is
A Pty Ltd is a separate legal entity — your personal assets are protected, and the company can own property, sign contracts and open bank accounts in its own name.
Why Kompliant
Company registration is exactly the step where small businesses stall on CIPC's portal, forms and payment vaults. We handle it end-to-end and keep every document in your dashboard.

Choose your package — once-off fee

Name reservation (first name), standard MOI, incorporation & certificate. Never pay again to stay registered.
Everything in Standard, plus up to 4 name options, customised MOI, share certificates, guided SARS tax-number registration, compliance orientation call, and a B-BBEE EME affidavit (R249 value) included.
Standard registration (the R599 plan) plus your B-BBEE EME affidavit in one go — a saving.

Every package adds R599 / R999 / R799 professional fee Plus CIPC's R175 government fee — passed through at cost with a receipt, never marked up.

Work starts only after payment has cleared. Once-off — there is no annual fee for the registration itself. VAT registration/returns are not done by us — we give you a step-by-step guide and you submit directly to SARS (or use a registered tax practitioner).

Start your company registration

CIPC checks each name in order and we use the first one available. The first name is included in your fee; each extra name costs R50 at CIPC (passed through at cost). Names register about (Pty) Ltd, (NP) Pty Ltd, or without a suffix.
Your company is issued an enterprise number as its name, e.g. 2026/123456/07. CIPC charges R125 instead of R175 for this — cheaper, and you can add a name later. Leave unticked if you enter names above.
Optional. CIPC's same-day service adds R100 to its fee — passed through at cost, only if you choose it.
CIPC requires a physical street address for your registered office.
Required per director: full name, SA ID or foreign passport number, and residential street address. After payment you'll upload a certified copy of the ID/passport (stamped and signed by SAPS or a Commissioner of Oaths — not older than 3 months). CIPC will reject uncertified or unclear copies. A company needs at least one director; the same person is usually both director and shareholder. If no % split is given, shares are divided equally.
Shareholders split these among themselves (a % split field per person is on the director form).
① you get an online itemised quote + invoice link on WhatsApp/email → ② you approve it → ③ pay (EFT or the provider's secure card page — your card number is never stored by us) → ④ we email you a certified-ID checklist and a timeline → ⑤ we file with CIPC.

How long the whole thing takes: CIPC sets the timeline and it varies. With complete, correct documents and a clear name, most (Pty) Ltd registrations are approved in about 1–5 working days. But if CIPC flags an issue — a rejected name, uncertified or unclear ID copies, or incomplete details — it can take 7–14 working days or longer (it restarts each time). The same-day option only speeds CIPC's own processing when it's running normally; it doesn't override CIPC's decision. We stay on top of it, but we can't promise a guaranteed deadline that CIPC controls.
  1. I am authorised to make this appointment — I am, or am acting on the behalf of, at least one of the named directors or shareholders.
  2. The information above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. CIPC may reject a filing that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. This is a once-off service: there is no annual fee to stay registered. Our fee is separate from government fees (CIPC filings), which are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once paid to CIPC. Refund policy.
  4. Filing by CIPC is not guaranteed and may be rejected or delayed; Kompliant cannot control that outcome.
  5. I have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and I consent to the processing of the personal information in this form for the sole purpose of this company registration.
