B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003 · EME = annual turnover R10m or less

Your B-BBEE EME affidavit, prepared for you

We prepare your sworn Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) affidavit as a ready-to-sign PDF, valid for 12 months — the document you show to tenders and large clients to prove your preferential B-BBEE status without a full scorecard.

What it is
A sworn affidavit, signed before a commissioner of oaths, that confirms you qualify as an EME. It stands in place of a full B-BBEE certificate for businesses under the R10m turnover threshold.
Why you need it
Tenders and large customers ask for proof of B-BBEE status before they buy. Without an affidavit you're simply not scored as a qualifying EME — even if you'd qualify automatically.

What's included and how it works

  • Ready-to-sign sworn EME affidavit PDF, filled with your details
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Generated and emailed straight to your dashboard and inbox the moment payment clears
  • Guidance on signing before a Commissioner of Oaths

R249 once-off professional fee

A B-BBEE affidavit is not supplied by government — it's a sworn statement you make about your own business, and it's not filed with any authority. You keep it as proof and show it when asked (tenders, suppliers). The only extra you may need is the small fee a Commissioner of Oaths charges to sign it — that's separate and is not part of our fee.
Only applies if your annual turnover is R10 million or less (an Exempt Micro Enterprise). Over R10m you need a QSE/scorecard instead — we can point you the right way.
