If you sign up online without us contacting you first (e.g. you came to this website yourself), you may cancel the agreement within 7 days of entering into it, without reason or penalty. We will refund any money paid within 30 days of cancellation.
If you enter into an agreement because we approached you (e.g. by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person), you may cancel within 5 business days of entering into it, without reason or penalty. We will refund any money paid within 15 business days.
After any cooling-off period, subscriptions continue on your chosen cycle (monthly or yearly) and may be cancelled at any time for the next billing period. Cancel via our contact form or via your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees. An unused yearly subscription cancelled mid-cycle is refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused months.
Services such as ROE filing or a compliance audit are quoted in advance. If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. If work has started, we refund the unused portion. Refunds for government fees (e.g. CIPC, Compensation Fund) follow the authorities' own rules — we cannot refund money paid to them.
Company registrations are once-off services. Our professional fee (R599 Standard, R999 Full House, or as quoted) is refundable in full if you cancel before we start work. Once work has begun, we refund the unused portion of our fee only. Government filing fees (CIPC registration, name reservation, same-day filing, custom MOI — itemised on your quote) are non-refundable once paid to CIPC, regardless of the outcome of the application; CIPC alone decides whether a name is approved or a registration is accepted.
Your 7-day or 5-business-day statutory cooling-off period (ECTA / CPA) still applies to the online purchase unless you expressly asked us to start before the period ended and the service has been completed; in that case, only the portion not yet performed is refunded. See Terms §6 for detail.
Under the CPA you have the right to demand services of good quality, free of defects and usable for the purpose intended. If our work doesn't meet this, tell us within a reasonable time and we will rectify it at no charge or refund the relevant amount (s54–s61 CPA).
Use our contact form with your name, business name and the reason. We confirm within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method.
Unresolved complaints may be referred to the National Consumer Commission.
